- Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) Somali laws and regulations requires that for any project that is to be established in an area which is most likely to have negative impacts on the environment has to undergo an Environment and Social Impact Assessment so as to mitigate some of the likely arising challenges which is very important as environmental protection and people’s Health is key and therefore, we offer experts to assess impact, designing mitigation measures , alternatives and acquiring regulatory approvals before the project kicks off.
- Environmental Social Management Plans (ESMP) Environmental Social Management Plans is required for formulation, implementation and monitoring of environmental conservation measures during and after commissioning of projects. Management plans are based on resource conservation and pollution abatement considerations among other factors.

Public Finance Management (PFM)
Today many countries especially developing ones in Africa have and are continuing to implement public financial management (PFM) reforms in their Public sectors.
Many of these reforms have been attributed due to the advice they have received from International agencies, donors or development partners, however, others have arisen as a result of peer pressure from countries within the same geographical locations. We therefore offer policy and technical advisory services to countries implementing Public Finance Management in many ways.
This assistance is offered to different countries according to their capacity and level of Public Finance Management (PFM) development, considering that not all reforms are best applied to all countries since others are just coming out of wars and internal conflicts while others have enjoyed peace for a long period of time .Therefore, we believe that application of appropriate Public Finance Management is very instrumental prior to any advice or any assistance rendered.
